The article presents the results of an original pilot study aimed at revealing peculiarities oculomotor activity in persons with pedophilic disorder under conditions specific erotic visual stimulation. 36 men were examined Laboratory Forensic Sexology V.P. Serbsky National Medical Research Centre for Psychiatry and Narcology Ministry Health Russian Federation. group consisted subjects diagnosed pedophilia (28%), control included those tested without clinical signs sexual preference (72%). Oculomotor behavior was studied when viewing photographs women children everyday settings. revealed that pedophile had differed from normative sample.
